POOR SERVICE FROM RAM

First if all the above rating of one star does not reflect my true rating. It should be negative five stars!!! Your service is very poor. My story: I received an email and sms from Ram that my parcel will be delivered today. Between 8-5. This was okay. Until the driver without prior arrangements calls me and tells me he is at my delivery address, while I am 30minutes away. I informed him of this and asked him clearly on the phone if he was able to wait for 30 minutes and that if he could not then he should inform me so that I do not leave whatever I am doing for nothing, he confirmed that he would wait for me. I rush back home only to find the driver has left, I call and inform him that I am at the address to which he responds that he has already left, I point out the fact that I asked him to wait and he agreed, he then rudely tells me that its my parcel I should do whatever I feel like doing. I take his advise and proceed to call the customer service centre, where I initially had to hold for 10 minutes to get through to an operator, after which I relay my horror to her, Nicole the agent then gets a hold of the driver who tells her that he is busy with other deliveries and he will come deliver to me when he is finished, I tell Nicole that this is not acceptable as now I had made arrangements to ensure that I get there, my airtime is depleted and the call is cut short, and no return call from Nicole. I then proceeded to load airtime again call the customer service line and hold for another 15 minutes before I get through to Lesego, no I have to again explain my story and she calls the driver who gives her the same answer he gave to Nicole, I tell Lesego that I am not accepting that and that I will be leaving and I need to speak to her supervisor to ensure this gets escalated immediately, while on hold I live the address more than an hour now after I had been waiting for the driver and I get a call from my younger brother that the driver has arrived, no apologies nothing, he just hands me my parcel and gives me papers to sign. Meanwhile I am on hold for almost 10 minutes for the customer service manager!!!!

I will never ever buy anything that needs delivery by Ram, you guys have a strained relationship with good customer care and should not even be in the services industry!!!
