Poor service from Ram delivery

They called a day before to deliver my rain Sim card and set up an appointment for 15h00 of which they did not honor or apologize for the inconvenience caused. The next day in the morning when they did as I collected my parcel, the guys started off the car after I signed their papers. I asked why because I haven't even opened to see what inside then the driver said sought yourself out we are in a hurry and left just like that. I screemed and told them that was bad customer service and I am going to report them.
