Poor Service from RAM
Had a package to be delivered by RAM to my workplace since 22 November 2023. Still today nothing, and all the reasons given for non delivery ranges from "School closed" "Not at home" "Off-Duty", which are all nonsensical, driver only called once to tell me he had driven past my work and can only return the following day.
Now I'm told my package is sent back to Vodacom. Vodacom must stop doing business with RAM this is unacceptable. Called their hotline and I was told I'm on my own, there's nothing they can do.

05 Dec 2023, 14:54The driver had my package with him and decided to go back and promised to come back the next day. So, the delay is not due to peak season, the driver decided not to come back and now my package is being sent back to Vodacom, as I was told today.
