Poor service from Ram couriers
RAM failed to deliver a package to me over 6 days. At first the problem was that they had my incorrect details, but I corrected that yet they did not deliver. Apparently they cannot deliver before 14h30, which is all I asked. I have no missed calls from them so they never contacted me, then returned the item to sender.

13 Jun 2019, 09:27Someone from Ram called me to arrange delivery at my house as I was off sick for 3 days (10 to 12 June), but the item was returned before they even attempted to deliver at my house. Change of address 10/06 in the AM. Failed delivery to WRONG address in the PM.
