POOR SERVICE FROM RAM COURIER

On 01/08/2023 I received a call from the courier - originated from Witbank - to say they have a package for me - they are at address- I told him that I did change the address on Ram's website as per instructions - they did approve it 2days ago. I wanted to give him the correct address - whereby he told me it's not his job to check for the new address and that he is taking the package back and put the phone down. I called back and again asked him to please take the new address for delivery- his response: "it is not a cellphone so it's not that urgent" - I explained that I need the machine as I am losing money and clients. Again, he is refusing to make delivery to the address updated on Ram website - he rep**** to say that he will only deliver in: Kinross" and will not deliver in "Evander" which is about 9km from his current address. I pleaded to him to then wait - I will have to drive to Kinross to collect the package at his current address as this is crucial to my business. I had to leave my business while I was busy serving clients - drove to Kinross - when I got to the address - there was no one there - I had to make several phone calls before the courier answered - I even called Witbank and spoke to Bernice - she also called the driver/courier. I called the work also to call the driver - I needed to get back to work and no one can get hold of the courier. When he did answer - he was hasn't even been to the address - but was on his way. When stopping - I asked for the package - he refused because I have to fill in a form for the device to be returned. After filling in the form they gave the package - at the side of the package was the form already filled in by the sender. Why do you need to change the address on the website for the specific address if it is not even looked at or changed by Ram?? What is the use? Is this the type of service you can expect from Ram and its workers ?? So they refuse to even call RAM to find out if the address changed ? And if they can deliver to correct address Please help me understand !!!! So you have to drive km to collect your Parcell - are they not advertising Hand to Hand Delivery ?
