Poor Service from RAM

I received an sms confirming my parcel was coming. The driver called but could not pick up their call as I was on a work call. A Ram consultant called 3 hours later to ask if I wasn't home. I confirmed I was there and she then told me the driver has knocked off already and I'll only receive my parcel the coming Tuesday since they don't work on holidays and weekend. It was 16:18 when she called and the driver was 10 minutes away from me according to her but he will not turn back. Even though they said my parcel would be here before 5pm. This has inconvenienced me as I needed the parcel for the weekend. The consultant didn't help me much and sounded impatient with me. I'm really disappointed in the manner they handled this matter.
