Poor Service From Ram

I was supposed to receive my parcel on Monday the 15th. The courier phoned me on Monday morning to ask me to collect the parcel from him instead of delivering it to my house. I said that I couldn't, he had to bring it to my house. He then told me that in that case he wouldn't be delivering the parcel that day. The next day I phoned him 3 times to ask when we would be delivering my parcel, each time he assured me he was on his way. Again, my parcel was not delivered. I tracked the parcel on the website and it says it was not deliverable because I was not at home. This is blatantly false.
