Poor service from drivers and call centre

Hi Ram Your level of service is pathetic from your drivers to the call centre. 1. deliveries can only be done at your convenience which is stupid as the sender has paid you for the service2. Your call centre agents are like parrots, they only repeat the same thing without even attempting to provide you with a workable solution. I am awaiting a delivery which on both occasions was being delivered around 14:00 when I am doing my school run. The drivers refuses to come at a later time or a time that I will be at home. If you dare return this item to the sender, YOU MAKE SURE YOU REFUND THEM AS WELL. 1. No one came to my house for the delivery as I was advising them on the phone that I am not at home, so they never come out to my house Out of frustration I called your call centre twice this morning and on both occasions your agents gave me reasons why it cannot be done and no offer for a workable solution. If you intend to resolve this, please call me urgently on. I will be at home from now until 12:00 and I will be back by 14:00 as I have to fetch my daughter from school.
