Poor service from customer service personnel. The only one in customer service

I had a bad customer experience with a Rams customer service personnel by the name of Nkateko,he refused to give me his surname and explicitly told me he is the only Nkateko in customer service. I work at Edgars in Alberton in cellular department selling cellphones and bookings for repairs for different networks service providers using Ram for assistance in courier services. Cellc advised me in calling ram and ask for proof of delivery since they cannot get the phones information through the imei number. Nkateko refused to give the pod without a valid reason could not care less and blamed cell c for failing to assist as he was not willing to assist me so I can assist my customer.His attitude in his tone of the voice I could sense he is not willing to help.I am so disappointed in Ram with its services I have a way bill to prove the we called for collections all I asked it was for proof of delivery.
