POOR SERVICE
Terrible service. Instructions were given to Vodacom on my contact numbers for me to be contacted by RAM when delivering my parcel. I have been tracking the package and it says that I am unable to be contacted. No one called me. I have been calling 3 times a day and still don't receive the package. Last I was told that the package is with the driver and they will deliver today. I call back 1 hour before I leave work only for RAM to tell me that they now cant deliver today, it will now be tomorrow. This company is soo over rated.
