Poor service

So, I orded a Sim card from Rain. Rain did their job and package sent to Ram. I got an email from Ram that they will deliver the package, I noticed on the email they captured my cell number incorrectly. Infact, they captured 11 digits instead of 10. I bought a R100 airtime to call and notify them of their mistakes, they assured me it's fixed. The next day, I get another email confirming the package will be delivered same day, to my surprise, the cell number on the email hasn't changed. I bought yet another R100 airtime to call and find out why they haven't fixed it. They told me it's fixed and the delivery guy was notified. When I track my parcel, it shows they are still calling the same 11 digits.... This is really frustrating. This is a very poor service. I'm very disappointed that a well established company would fail to pay attention to simple detail. I wish Rain could this courier service...
