Poor service

I ordered a data sim card from rain on the 16/06/2022. On the 20th I received an SMS saying my parcel will be delivered at the address I gave them. Unfortunately I was not at work on that day as I was not feeling well. I called Ram to make arrangements for the following day, of which I was assured the parcel will be delivered. The following day I received a call from the driver saying he is at maraisburg and I said to him he is not far from where I am as it's only 5 Min drive. He said he does not deliver the area I'm at, the office will call me to make further arrangements and to fix my delivery address. On the 21st I received 2 calls from Ram office and I told them the building and the street names. Today on the 22nd at 11:20 am I receive a call from Ram office saying the driver has only street names no building so he can't deliver. I said to the lady, but I did give you the building name and street address. I said it's still early, how can I be told that the delivery will be done the following day? The driver didn't even call me. I have paid for the product and month end Rain is expected to be paid again. But I still don't have my sim card. I believe if I was a white person they would have made sure I got my parcel on time. I will never recommend this courier to anyone.
