POOR SERVICE! Do not use this company! They are not reliable

Worst experience of my life. I spent over R400 airtime trying to get my parcel delivered to Cape Town. The order was placed for collection on Monday morning, 1 December 2025, yet the collection did not happen as scheduled. I was later informed that the two drivers had rejected the collection. Another driver only arrived the next day, after hours, to collect the parcel.

The package was supposed to be delivered by Friday, 5 December 2025. It is now 9 December 2025, and the parcel has still not been delivered. This is extremely poor service delivery. I even called on Friday, and although the agent said he would get the manager, the call was cut off without any assistance.

I am highly disappointed in the service provided by this company and would strongly advise others to reconsider using them, as there appears to be no structure, accountability, or reliability in their operations.

As I am typing this now, I am on hold waiting for the manager! who is yet to come on the CALL!!!!!!
