poor service delivey

I ordered a wifi router from vodacom a week ago to be delivered to my work place mind you I work from 7:30 to 15:00. But RAM failed to deliver even made me drive to a town 90km away to meet them then didn't show up I waited 7 days then I hear that they returned my package back to Vodacom stating that I don't keep appointments. Of all the nonsense I've heard in my life that is the biggest. The hospital I work at is just off the N3 in Estcourt how hard can it be to find?
