Poor service delivery from RAM

I took out a new contract with Vodacom a while ago and few days later they sent my parcel eith RAM couriers. Even though my address was listed correctly with Vodacom, I received a text in which the courier company got it wrong. I requested a hange of delivery which was approved and delivery scheduled for 2nd of January. My father was supposed to receive said parcel, but misplaced my ID which caused the driver to mot hand it over understandably. I rearranged for my parcel to be deliverred on Monday the 5th of January, but as of yet, nothing has arrived. I've tried calling several times but the phone gets dropped. I sent several messages on the website and whatssap line, but none get answered.

I honestly do not know what to do
