Poor service delivery from RAM!!

Very very poor service from RAM hand to hand couriers, I wasted a day waiting for my delivery which was dispatched in the morning yesterday Wednesday 8 April 2020, today when I call them again they will only deliver my parcel next week Tuesday, their drivers do not even call to let you know what is happening. I can never recommend them to anyone. I am reporting this issue to the company that despatch my parcel through them I think they should know the service we are getting from this company.
