Poor Service Delivery

Highly disappointed in Ram in the manner they handled my delivery time stipulated on the text said 8am to 5pm, was in the house from 8 am to 11 am Immediately when I left they called of which I advised will be home again around 3pm of which the driver didn't agree but the time the status changed to undelivered I was 5 mins away from home one of the consultants called me of which I advised and he promised to call me back which he didn't spent almost 40 mins on the call trying to get feedback of which managed to get through to kwena who didn't want to come forward with Information only to advised the driver won't wait. I then asked wait where as they didn't even come to my address.
