I am personally not pleased with the courier service around Mamelodi. The lady who refused to provide her name yesterday was totally rude and rushing me, she didn't even mind when I told her let me go back inside the house to fetch the mask she was like no it's okay you will be wasting our time.

No GREETINGS FROM HER, NO MASK , NO SARNITIZER.

Yesterday I didn't have proof of residence with me, they left and said they will come back after an hour or I should call them, I did so of which it was not my responsibility but nobody picked up. They never came back as promised.

They only came back later today and when they did she had the most biggest bad attitude ever, she told me right in my face that I can go complain if I want to.

AND STILL....No GREETINGS FROM HER, NO MASK , NO SARNITIZER.
