Poor service delivery
The parcel was out for deliver on the 4/5/2023 driver did not show up and then updates that there was no contact and unavailable at home address when i was at home all day waiting for them to show up. I called the contact centre spent hours on the phone wasted over R150 in airtime and the call dropped and they did not call me back. The package is out for delivery again today as per the tracking app online and the driver has still not made contact with me at all.

05 May 2023, 16:17Thank you so much Rethabile much appreciated, my frustrations stems from the driver lying that he was at the property and no one was available but my mum and aunt was the the house the entire day, my property is monitored by Cctv which shows that the driver has not been to my house, if the driver is so dishonest how do i expect my package to be safe and secure.

05 May 2023, 16:27Thank you he has called me he has no GPS he is in some area passed my house called cotton wood apparently he only has 2% battery life and he wants directions to my house I now have to get my mother to call him and give him directions on how to get to my house from cotton wood or wherever he is.
