Poor service delivery and excuses! Parcel failed to deliver!!!

I would like to write an compliant regarding their delivery issues. The first day I ordered my product (rain Sim Card) online at rain South Africa website, they used your service to deliver my parcel to my place, but I received an SMS when I arrived at work, and request to change my address to my workplace so that I could be available there to receive my parcel in person. You failed to deliver my parcel to my workplace for 3 days! Now it says the address is Invalid ?!?!?! Use the Google Map to verify then pick up the actual address then deliver my parcel, it's as simple as that!

I will never use your service again because of your poor service and excuses!

Requested both rain SA and Ram Couriers to cancel everything yesterday, case closed!

It's too late now, because I have ordered another one with Takealot, they are so much better than your service! So, you have lost your customer permanently!

Good day, thank you for your post. Our most humble apologies for the poor service you have received and also that you did not received your parcel. We will lodge the complaint and hand over to management to investigate as why you did not receive your parcel, the relevant parties that contributed to you not receiving your parcel will be dealt with accordingly.
