Poor service delivery and a Courier Driver who is dishonest

Poor service delivery and the courier driver is also a **** as he said that he couldn't get hold of me. He called I answered, network was bad, I then called him back and he didn't answer. A lady from their office called me using the following number *** just to confirm if the delivery guy couldn't get hold of me. She then asked me to hold on so she can arrange for the driver to come back to the office. The driver then said he will be coming back in the afternoon, I later contacted RAM and to my surprise I was told that the driver says he can't get hold of me, and that he can try to only do the delivery the next day. This is unprofessional and to add more to it, why lie about the whole situation?
