Poor service delivery

<p>I was expecting a delivery from vodacom on Tuesday 6 June 2017.</p> <p>The afternoon of Tuesday the 6 June 2017 the delivery was delivered to my work which was correct unfortunatly i was offsick and my company phoned me and put me intouch with the person doing the delivery.</p> <p>He confirmed that delivery will take place the next day at my home adress.</p> <p>The next day i phoned vodacom as i was advised i must make a address change.</p> <p> </p> <p>To cut a long story short friday i still didnt received my parcel and was told to speak top someone in cape town.</p> <p>After speaking to Kyle on friday afternoon he promised that he will make sure that I receive my delivery monday at work . It is almost friday again and when i phoned the parcel is send back to pretoria.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is the first time i get to deal with Ram and surely the last.........</p>
