Poor service delivery

I have a package that is needed to be delivered, the service I am receiving from RAM, is terrible, I work at a high school and only in the afternoons, no communication as to more or less what time the driver would be delivering, I live half an hour away from the school, and the driver contacts me saying he is at the reception at 10 am, I asked that he waits for me, which he refused, In trying to contact him to re arrange a suitable time for the afternoon I was ignored, your customer service dept is even more asleep,as I have tried getting my parcel delivered today, and not one singke person is assisting, I called just after 08:00, and again justvafter 09:00, at that point I was told that the operationals manager has escallated it, and delivery would be today still, at around 11:00/11:30, he is justvwaiting for a driver, I have now since 12:00 tried contacting RAM no less than 5 time and every single call the phone has been put down, and no assistance given in getting my issue resolved, RAM you service is TERRIBLE.
