Poor service delivery
Worst experience ever, they couldn't even change a contact number on a parcel. I had to change it everytime I called in to track my parcel....I have been waiting for an entire week for it to be delivered, instructions also not followed. Tracking number SKIL01- ********** 1 I am still waiting, today I got told that because I had to update my contact number again my parcel will not arrive today as planned but I will have to wait for it to be dispatched then they will call me and arrange delivery....looks like I will have to wait another wee****!! I am never using them again!!!!!

30 May 2019, 15:10The next day I get a call from a guy who wanted to put me in contact with the driver who was on their way to my house?????after I was told the day before that the parcel was not dispatched.....I actually cant. Further more again I explain the same story to a gentleman by the name of Sugen I think, and asked him if they can deliver the next day (30th of May) at 1pm because I have to actually travel far to get here. I even went as far as phoning this morning before I drove to the house and confirmed the times and I was told it would be delivered between 1 and 3. Here I am I just got of the phone and I was told that the driver will only get here at 4:30....wow!
