Poor service delivery

I am really disappointed. The company doesn't call to confirm date for delivery. They get to work and am off, I call to reschedule and twice the delivery has failed...all of a sudden the delivery address is incomplete, but they were able to locate my work place on the 14th. I ask the agent to contact the driver and get real reason for these failed deliveries. I am put on hold for over 15 minutes then they hang up. Still waiting for my parcel. Even lost the excitement. Don't understand why Vodacom is using these people
