Poor service delivery

Ram cannot for get my address correct to deliver my package, and when I as the receiver of the parcel want to change the address with them they refuse and are extremely rude. They say only the person sending the package may change address.

The telephone number they have for me is incorrect and also won't change it so they can't contact me. Their drivers don't know the areas they do delivery, so therefore since the 3rd of December they have not delivered my package and also can't get hold of me as they refuse to take my number.

Absolutely pathetic service, avoid at all costs

We have arranged that the courier delivers the parcel to day without fail.

The tracking shows that the parcel has now been delivered:

The package was delivered yes but not without a fight... Due to the poor performance from RAM, the driver required proof of residence and copy of my ID which number: one I could not give proof of residence from a utility bills as i have moved into a new house for a week and the driver refused to accept my rental agreement, and secondly wanted a copy of my ID...

By having these two pieces of information from me the driver or anyone who could get this information could make debt in my name **********ly, I am by no means impressed by the way RAM does business. No other courier companies requires such things from me

Vodacom should have advised you that the courier will need those documents in order to validate the delivery.

We are following requirements that are the Service Level Agreement as instructed by the sender.

You can contact Vodacom directly for more information regarding the required delivery FICA documents.
