Poor service delivery

The worst service ever!!!!! I got a message of a unsuccessful delivery. I was at home the entire day. The next day I get a notification that my delivery is on the way. Guess what nothing again.their system is still dated last update two days ago and try get hold of RAM good luck.their customer service is pathetic. Someone changed my address by adding a 0 in on my house number and now it's my problem. Today is day two I'm waiting for a operation manager to call me and still nothing. I had explained that there were two failed deliveries and I was at home on both days and all I get is the following[12/03, 10:04] RAM Hand-To-Hand Couriers: Please note that we are in our peek season and deliveries are bound to be delayed this is not by choice however by the high volumes we are experiencing [12/03, 10:05] RAM Hand-To-Hand Couriers: i understand you are upset however please be advised that we are trying our best to ensure all parcel are being delivered with the correct time frame and if not we aske that you please be abit patient" this was on their WhatsApp chat. Then the Agent just ended the conversation and closed the chat. This is how we get treated. I paid for a product to get delivered and I had explained that I only have one day left and I'm traveling. There is no customer service woth RAM and empty promises from their company. Pathetic service I must say.
