Poor service
Urgent parcel. Required latest before this weekend. Told it's on route. Never arrived. Says on tracking unavailable. I took off work and waited all day. I even contacted Ram as they had SMSed me and I saw the incorrect spelling of road name. I am ****ed. Now I have to take off another day as my parcel is urgent
