POOR SERVICE
Poor Service I'm not happy with their service, Their drivers are *****, they claim the is a strike in my area, Firstly I don't stay in Industria. my address is written clearly Secondly, their customer service does not respect clients, their customer service personnel ask me to hold while she's checking for me, she left me hanging for 11 minutes until I ended the call, Maybe their drivers enjoy moving up and down with our urgent parcels

Please note that the area did have protest action and our courier will not go into an area that poses danger to the lives and the well-being of our personnel.
There seems to be clear streets today, and the courier should be able to re-attempt the delivery today if it remains that way.
The courier should be able to contact you upon delivery of the parcel today.

Please note that the area did have protest action and our courier will not go into an area that poses danger to the lives and the well-being of our personnel.

The branch manager states that they will try to ensure delivery for today should it be safe to so.
