Poor service

The delivery person phoned my wive and said he is standing Infront of my house, how ever my big dogs are not even barking. So I do not think he was there at all. My wive tried n phoned him back and told him he must go back and someone will meet him, but could not due to that it was a private number. This was the second time this year.
