Poor service
It was the first time using Ram Hand To Hand Courier, they have worst service ever, I waited for my parcel for two weeks and nothing, they called me on Friday the 9th and promise to deliver on Monday, I saw their car next to my house went to them to find out if they have my parcel only to find out it was not dispatched and the guys said I should call their office, when I call my call was attended by the Taylor who was rude when was trying to explain how long I have been waiting for this parcel and as from tomorrow I wont be available for them to deliver.
I asked them to make sure that they deliver today as their promise on Friday but was told that they cannot promise to do that. I even sent an email to to their help desk, they rep**** and say trying to arrange delivery with their hub servicing my area and they will call me back, haven't receive any call from

Apologies for the inconvenience caused in the delayed delivery of your parcel.
The delivery has been attempted twice already and the second attempt was last week Wednesday. We only attempt delivery twice for Vodacom parcels.
The branch has been requested to contact you for a possible future delivery, if the branch can still be able to do it.
