POOR SERVICE

I was expecting a delivery from Ram, I received a SMS at 06:47 that my order is out for delivery, I waited the whole day. In the afternoon I got an emergency call from home (which is in another town) and had to go home immediately but could not leave my order behind as there would be no one to receive it. I then called the company to ask the driver if we could probably meet in town if possible but the call centre agents as well as the radio operator that was to call me were of no help. I them had to drive around town looking for the driver and he was so rude.
