Poor service
I ordered an item with tfg and I got an order number and I tracked it. On their website my order was out for delivery and minutes later they confirmed they sent an sms to inform me about a delivery which I did not get and I specifically placed a note stating that they must call when they are at the gate.
Because I saw that my item was out for delivery I made sure that I was in the house. 2 hours ago I received an email saying they couldn’t reach me when they came for delivery.
This is not the first time such is happening with this company and I want this to be the last. I am disappointed with the kind of service I am getting from this company
