Poor service
I am expecting a parcel which was meant to delivered via Ram couriers.I received an ‘out for delivery’ yesterday AND today but have yet to receive the parcel. I tried phoning them and held on for 17 minutes without success.I tried using their WhatsApp number but when using their MENU it tells me ‘incorrect capture’ which is *******.
