Poor Service

Not happy with RAM. Supposed to deliver a package yesterday (30 Nov 21). I stayed at home the entire day, and no RAM employee knocked on my door or came up my driveway; CCTV as proof, and they suggest that delivery was not possible and that I need to wait 2 more days for a redelivery attempt tomorrow or Friday. In fact, another courier service successfully delivered a package on the day RAM suggested I was not available to accept their package. Not the kind of service I expect from RAM.
