Poor Service

I used Ram courier trusted it so much but today showed me flames with poor or the poorest customer service.I ordered wifi from Supersonic fast delivered with in 3 working days but had to cancel my LTE service and I made arrangements with Ram to keep my parcel on hold to deliver on 1Nov 2024 but no I'm sitting at home with no internet and I use internet on daily basis it's back and forth situation .What is worse I called earlier today spoke with lady she told me I was not picking up my call like when they used wrong number an alternative number to send text message with Ref number .I had to call back supersonic and told me Ram need to arrange for delivery it's in their hands and they are absolutely right cause when I track my parcel shows it's in hub and they don't work on weekend .What kind of poor service is this I'm super angry and disappointed now
