Poor service
I’m very disappointed with the poor service I’m getting from RAM. I’ve been waiting for my parcel since last week Wednesday. The driver kept on saying he was unable to reach me but he never attempted to contact me. I gave them two numbers to contact me on but still I didn’t receive any phone call. I called the head office, they advised they we were gonna call me back in the next 15mins but I never received a callback. I’m still waiting for my parcel even now!! As from now on I’m gonna cancel each and every order that uses RAM as their courier.

08 May 2023, 11:18I phoned the head office this morning at 08:07 and I spoke with Suzzete, she made a promise that I will receive my parcel today and I gave her an Alternative number for the courier to contact me when He's on his way.
If your driver bothered to come to my address I would've received my parcel already.
I advised that I knock off at 15:30 and I need my parcel today.
If I don't get my parcel today I will ensure that I write all over social media platform all over social media about my experience with RAM
I just tracked my order now at 11:00 and it still shows that Its still at the Warehouse, so I'm worried because the time is ticking
I repeat, I knock off at 15:30 and I need my Parcel today!!
