Poor service

Ram made me wait the entire day for my Istore order. I kept on calling them to ensure that the package was still coming. I’m a visitor in this address and I should go home tomorrow and I’ll leave the package behind. The driver didn’t even come to my street but said they can’t find my house number. Called them to change the address to the province I’ll be at since I won’t be in Gauteng from tomorrow and they didn’t pick up my calls. The online site doesn’t allow me to change my address. I’ll never use this company again
