Poor service
I was sent a parcel from Vodacom through RAM COURIERS, Vodacom I received no notification of delivery from them, instead, it was sent to my wife, who had nothing to do with the parcel in question. They arrived to effect delivery, but I was not at home. They refused to effect delivery to my domestic worker and now I am still waiting for my parcel.
