Poor service

I'm assuming my parcel could have been delivered today 08/04/2021 but the address was not captured correctly. Now I get a call asking me where my delivery address, I told the guy but he told me how the driver already left and my parcel was not taken along. Shouldn't you guys called me a day before or before the driver left your premises in the morning. Drivers do delivery everyday and I think they utilise their GPS so you wouldn't normally get lost especially in malls. I found your services very inefficient and *********** as they could have called in the morning. Yet you say we must track our order which definetly shows that delivery should have taken place today. American swiss must just replace you guys mxm
