Poor Service

I had the worse service from your driver today. He didnt give prior notification as to when he will deliver. I was on the call with the security to where he was delivery and by the time that call was done he had left. I then went back to the office when he returned my call. I asked him to bring the parcel and he refused. So i said I'm five minutes away I'm coming to get it and he said he will wait and he didn't. He **** and completely wasted my time and made me go all the way back for nothing.

I called ram office to ask them if i can fetch the parcel from the depot myself and I was told no. It was vital for me to receive the parcel today and I was let down.

Seems like this is a norm for Ram having gone through the ratings.
