Poor service

According to Chernade @ Ikhokha my parcel was sent as an urgent delivery.

Now my parcel has been despatched 2 days ago with no delivery whereas iKhokha stated it should only take 24-48 hours on normal delivery and not on urgent delivery as was communicated to me

After phoning RAM myself as advised by Ikhokha the parcel will only come tomorrow
