Poor service
A parcel was supposed to be delivered yesterday. Upon calling the courier company the agent advised they cannot deliver at that address and stopped the deliver because I needed to provide my physical address but I was advised I could provide an alternative. Been calling since yesterday for the parcels to be delivered to the initial delivery address. Every time they waiting on someone to authorize but they have the address on the waybill. Every time they say someone will call but nobody calls back. Today the parcel is still not out for delivery but an agent advised me it would be out today. Your service is pathetic including agents. Not satisfied. Poor service
