Poor service

I had delivery schedule for Thursday but the contact details were incorrect, Thursday morning took the liberty to call and updated the details. The info was captured on the system but they failed to deliver the item as invalid address, never receive a call regarding the address. When I called later only then I was told failed delivery but they promise to deliver Friday morning. When I called today is another story, the item is not out for delivery possible Monday. This is beyond poor service and unprofessional.
