Poor service

Very poor service!!!They give out time of delivery,call you to validate details and never pitch.The next thing the driver’s phone is not answered,after some time goes straight to voicemail.Then I got an email stating that the delivery attempt has fail whilst am here waiting for a person who said he is on his wam🚮 Last time the person asked if I knew anybody around town to receive my parcel on my behalf since am far from town.Why do you take deliveries for rural areas if you won’t be able to “hand deliver” to the receipt…am so disappointed 😞
