Poor service at RAM

I have been waiting for my parcel, all I'm getting is that abo we can't reach the courier guy. And I paid for services that are not being rendered to me.

I have been calling RAM, I ended up going around stopping cars that are written RAM to check whether my parcel is with them or not what a poor service. Reference number RAIN04-***4
