POOR SERVICE AND UNPROFFESSIONALISM

Probably the worst and unprofessional service id ever recieved. The driver phoned me to tell me he is infront of the gate and i said im not home my fiance can sign he started arguing with me about thats not allowed and i will then recieve my parcel when im home one day and when i said then he must deliver into my work he came with excuses and said i give the wrong adress and he hanged up the phone while im busy talking to him
