Poor service and undermining customers

You can’t promise the customer to collect parcel same day and not collect withouT communicating with a customer. I paid at 11:30 and Thsolofelo told me my parcel will be collected same day. I’m still waiting and there is no communication, your service is making me very angry.My small business must suffer because of your poor service
