Poor service and negligence
I bought on line on the 10th and got an sms on the 12 that my parcels will be delivered.. Later on that day around 13:45 got another sms that my parcels couldn't be dilivered.. And wen I followed on the link, the the ram car was hijacked.. It's more than a week now.. I haven't received any communication from them and I've been sending e mails to ask for a refund they don't respond to anything.. I need those shoes for my son for Christmas day.. Hopefully you will be able to help me
