Poor service and lies from drivers
I requested for parcel collection on the 05 February 2024. They issued me with a Waybill receipt. From there I got calls from different drivers calling that they are coming to collect the parcel. Even today on 14 February 2024, the parcel has not been collected. The only thing I receive is empty promises even from their call center.
